DQji vanishes one fine day. His servant Hari Lal goes to
serve him his customary cup of Earl Grey Darjeeling blend tea at 7 in the
morning only to find that the Sahib isn't at home! Sahib's suitcase is also
gone. Alarmed, Hari Lal calls the police who in turn alert the Intelligence
Bureau (IB). Soon Inspector Srivastava is going through the contents of
DQji's office. He finds some ashes in the wastepaper basket. These are taken
to the forensics lab and reconstructed and this is what the police find:
A) The numbers 051-272537-39
B) The numbers
341337 720632
338363 741004
322169 736359
325088 716355
C) The word "Fateh"
D) A Map
E) The acronyms:
PSD-1
FAE-1
Considering this to be very serious, Interpol is alerted. Interpol put out a
red alert. That same day, just before midnight, DQji tries to board flight
EK 615 and is arrested. He is immediately put on a flight to India and
arrives in Bangalore, under armed escort, the next day at 11 am. When the
police try and interrogate him, DQji gives them a slip of paper. It has a
name (Ajit Kumar Doval) and a telephone number. The police call Doval and
almost immediately, and talk to him. DQji is then immediately released and
driven home in a Police car.
Crack the clues. Where had DQji gone and why? Google extensively as
required! :-)
